Salads and Soup

 Fettouch     
  Great salad of fresh vegetables, bright dressing and pieces of crisp pita bread.
 Tobboli     
Light, quick, healthy salad of chopped parsley, tomato, onion, whole grain wheat, fresh vegetables and herbs with a lemon dressing.
 Tahina      
 Sesame seeds and olive oil mixed and ground into a perfect tasty paste. Great as an appetizer or side dish.
 Shirazi Salad     
 Finely chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and onions mixed with spices, lime juice and a touch of olive oil.
 Yogurt Cucumber Salad     
 A simple refreshing salad of peeled, sliced cucumbers, yoghurt, mint, dill, salt and pepper.

Vegan Dishes

 Stuffed Cabbage  (half size tray)    
  Cabbage leaves rolled into finger sized rolls and stuffed with rice, tomatoes, onions, parsley, cilantro, dill and delicately added spices - served warm/hot.

 Stuffed Grape Leaves  (half size tray)  
  A recipe passed down from generation to generation: Grape leaves stuffed with rice, tomatoes, onions, parsley and delicately added spices - served warm/hot.
 Stuffed Eggplants or Squash (half size tray)    Hollowed small finger like eggplants/squash stuffed with rice, tomatoes, onions and a few other special ingredients for a great taste

 Potato Tomato Sauce Oven Casserole (half size tray) 
 Thin sliced potatoes layered with tomato sauce and seasoned. Then more potatoes, sautéed onions, and more tomato sauce all baked to perfection. Great to have with vermicelli rice.

 Koshari (half size tray)    
 The traditional Egyptian vegetarian dish. Rice, lentils, chickpeas and elbow macaroni topped with tomato sauce and fried onion flakes. Also optionally, with garlic juice.

Main Dishes

 Stuffed Grape Leaves   
  Grape leaves meticulously wrapped around a well minced and carefully spiced filling of meat and rice; cooked to perfect taste and texture. (Also available vegetarian without meat on request)
 Stuffed Eggplant plants or Squashes  
  Eggplant or Squash hollowed out and filled with well minced and carefully spiced meat and rice filling; cooked to perfection
 Macaroni Bechamel (half/full size tray)
 This is a special. A ground meat mixture between two layers of macaroni smothered in a delicious creamy bachamel sauce and baked into golden brown.
 Beef Kebab  (Top Sirloin/Fillet Mignon )
 Delicious!  Top Sirloin or Fillet Mignon chunks, signature marinated with special marinade and custom spice blend and grilled to perfection.
 Kofta       
 Specially seasoned ground beef, onions and parsley rolled on a stick and grilled to perfection.

 Top sirloin tender beef cubes delicately cooked with a touch of garlic and cumin
